Write a reviewI'd originally ordered the Supersoft Midi (M) having looked at the size chart. But it was far too big so returned it - then read the reviews and ordered this skirt in (S). It's the perfect fit and beautifully soft. The waistband is comfortable. Have now ordered another in dark navy
I was a little disappointed with this skirt. I have a couple of other wool skirts in this style from other companies, but this one is really very thin and clingy on the bottom, with or without tights. I would only really be comfortable wearing it with a longer top/sweater that covers my bottom, so its wearability is a bit limited. The wool itself is soft and the navy colour useful, but I would have preferred a weightier knit.
I have this skirt in all 3 colours. I take a10-12 in other brands. The medium is perfect. Not too clingy and hangs well. I’ve worn mine with trainers, lace up boots and heels. Can be dressed up or down. Would love this in black or burgundy.
Oh my goodness. This beautiful skirt arrived today. I put it on and did not want to take it off again! Perfect fabric, shape, length and colour (the grey), and I can see it is going to get a lot of wear. I am a size 10/12 and ordered the Medium, which may be a little bit big for me and may sit a bit lower on the hips, so I have just sent off for the Small for choice to see which fits the best. Thank you!
I lOVE this skirt, perfect in everyway! So good to find a straightforward skirt which fits and looks good, great fabric too. I am going to order another today and will certainly tell my friends.
I have all 3 of these skirts and their my go too all the time. They look lovely on and are not tight so skim your body. I wear mine with trainers, boots and love the fine knit as I don’t overheat! I honestly couldn’t be without them as they are effortless dressing and I always feel I smart. I am a 12 and get a Meduim, they do give over time but no pilling or little pilling and stand the rest of time.
A very comfortable skirt. I love wearing it and as its lightweight, it will be great for me to take on holiday.
Comfortable to wear, perhaps a little bit on the big side on the waist for me since the elasticated waist is quite loose. But that's OK as I tend to get bigger rather than smaller! Unfortunately! Love the deep dark grey, which is good to wear with most other colours. Fabric feels soft - important for me as often wear skirts without tights, just my sheepskin boots. Very happy with this skirt, I'm sure I'll wear it often - I'm disabled, frequently bed bound, so don't get out much. I know that this skirt will be incredibly useful for me as it's so comfortable, soft clothes are important to me when I do manage to get out..
I was a little disappointed when this arrived as it is very fine and lightweight and I doubted that it would keep me warm. It is yet to be tested in really cold weather. I kept it ,however, because It is British made It fits well and has a really comfortable waistband (I wish tights were made with a waistband like this!). I am a size 12 and bought Medium It is lightweight and can be rolled up and thrown into a case for an emergency item when travelling if the weather should change or as an extra for just lounging about. I would like to see a heavier weight version, a knee length version and brighter colours - red or green perhaps?
Thank You thank you thank you!!! Happy Holidays to me! It’s Christmas Eve in Canada and I got my skirts today. I only ordered them three days ago! I ordered both colours and so glad I did. They’re both beautiful. Super soft and light weight, and the drape is on point. The skirt is TTS and has no seams. The length can be varied by wearing it higher or lower on the waist according to preference. Please make a black and light grey, and a burgundy one. Pretty please and thank you. And best of all - they’re made in The UK!
