At Celtic & Co., we want to ensure our customer's shop with us safely and trust in the service we provide. In current times there are numerous unofficial websites attempting to trick people into spending their money on non-existent or false product under the appearance of a genuine brand, which is unfortunately out of our control.

To ensure this does not happen to you, please read the following FAQ's to highlight how best to avoid a scam site when shopping with us.

Is Celtic & Co. associated with a website/social page? 

Our social pages and emails direct customers to our main website. Official Celtic & Co. products are available for purchase via our website, online marketplaces and brands detailed below.

Brands selling our products include Next, M&S, and John Lewis. We do not own any online outlets or discounted versions of our website.

What should I do if I receive messages or ads from an account pretending to be Celtic & Co?

Do not purchase from the account. We advise that you delete the message without responding, and block the account. Do not attempt to open any attachments or click on links given by the fake account.

You can report suspicious websites using the UK Government online form here, or by forwarding the email to report@phishing.gov.uk.

If a social media account under a different handle is advertising our products, please report them to our customer service team
We can only report a Facebook ad and get it taken down if we can find the advert and the page it's coming from. We ask that you share the Facebook ad with us when you come across it by following these simple steps:

  1. Click on the 'Share' button under the advert
  2. Select the 'Send in messenger' option
  3. Send to 'Celtic & Co'

I placed an order with a suspicious website, what can I do now?

If you have placed an order with an unofficial site, you will not receive an order confirmation from us and the order has not been placed with us. 

As soon as you can, we advise that you get in touch with your bank/card company/payment provider to stop the transaction as quickly as possible. They will be able to advise you further.
